I'm currently a Partner at Accel where I invest at the earliest-stages (preseed, seed, Series A). I joined to be the first call for exceptional founders turning their insights into disruptive companies.
Previously I was the CEO and co-founder of Searchlight.ai, the Accel-backed enterprise AI platform for recruiting. I founded Searchlight in 2018 at 22 years old. Following our acquisition by Multiverse in 2024, I led the build and launch of their new AI product in the U.S.
I graduated with distinction from Stanford University (BA Human Biology, MS Computer Science). I almost enrolled at the GSB, but deferred in favor of my hands-on MBA aka startup building. Originally from the Los Angeles area, I now live in San Francisco with my husband. On the weekends, you'll find me chipping away at my reading list or golf handicap.
